Swedish massage

A relaxing, full body technique involving different modalities to stimulate nerve endings, increase blood flow, enhance the circulatory system, etc..

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue, similar to a Swedish massage but targets inner layers of muscles, tendons, and fascia to release any adhesion that may have formed from stress, anxiety, etc.. Following deep tissue, soreness is common.

Trigger points

A trigger point is an adhesion within a muscle that has formed and is causing discomfort or even pain in another area, known as "referred pain". Trigger point massage therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release.

Hot Stones

Localized heat and weight, warm and relax muscles, allowing the therapist to apply deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort. Hot Stones can be added to any massage.

Sugar Scrub and Wrap Massage

Our signature sugar scrub is applied as an exfoliant then hot towels are applied to those areas. The client is then wrapped to hold heat in for 10 minutes. The scrub is followed by an application of high-quality oil that leaves your skin hydrated. This technique also includes a 60-minute massage.

Foot Scrub and Massage

Foot scrub starts with a foot bath for 5 minutes in tea tree and rosemary oil. Then our signature sugar scrub is applied and removed using hot towels. The scrub is followed by an application of high-quality oil that leaves your skin hydrated.

N-Touch Raindrop Massage

N-Touch Raindrop massage combines the science of aromatherapy using techniques of Vita Flex, reflexology, and massage while applying essential oils. These are applied to the spine and feet to bring harmony to the body, as well as structural and electrical alignment.
